This course combines Excel Level 1 (Introduction) and Excel Level 2 (Intermediate) into one comprehensive training. Participants will learn the fundamentals of creating and formatting worksheets, using formulas and functions, managing and organizing data, and building charts. The course then expands into intermediate skills such as sorting and filtering data, working across multiple worksheets, and using PivotTables and PivotCharts to analyze and present data more effectively.

Meetings Mastery

This course equips participants with the skills to design, facilitate, and lead productive meetings that drive alignment and action. Participants learn practical techniques for structuring agendas, keeping discussions focused, encouraging balanced participation, and guiding groups through decision-making. The course also covers strategies for managing common meeting challenges; such as conversations going off track or stalled decisions so leaders can confidently run effective meetings.

Strategic Thinking

This course helps participants strengthen their ability to think beyond immediate tasks and make more strategic decisions. Through practical tools and frameworks, participants learn how to clarify objectives, identify obstacles, evaluate risks, and involve the right stakeholders when planning initiatives. The course focuses on building habits that connect day-to-day work to broader organizational goals, enabling leaders to plan and execute with greater long-term impact.
